"I was going through a rough patch in my career and I found a job that just did not suit me. I had to quit my previous job because it was making me sad and I had to leave my family because I was feeling that way."
Telling her mother she had no money, lennox replied that she had a lot of money but she wanted her mom to understand why she wasn't getting paid. She started looking up job opportunities online, and found the same job she had worked as an intern in a hospital.
She joined the job board, and had to apply to every job, including those that had been offered through the school. As well, she was called to interviews multiple times with similar jobs and was unable to find the job she was looking for. She found out in December 2014 that she was out of work for about ten months.
When she got a letter stating she had been given a second job, lennox posted the details online to raise money for her family. By February 2015, she had raised $40,000 and is now making improvements to her mobile phone in order to allow her and her family to afford basic necessities like food.
She said: "It was absolutely amazing how quickly I found out when I found out they had given me a second job that my life really didn't work out."

Anti smoking campaign embraces chemistry as new scientific theory'
"We were extremely upset," said Ms D'Errico. "This study just proves what every single smoker knows for sure: cigarettes cause cancer - and we all know about that."
A study published last week in the journal Pediatrics, found evidence of a link between nicotine addiction and lung cancer in smokers.
"All the tobacco companies tried to blame a lack of cigarette smoking for the epidemic of lung cancer that was spreading across the US, but this is the only other place you would think to look, which is New Zealand."
In the study, researchers from the University of New South Wales found that smoke-free New Zealand schools were 13 per cent more likely to admit students were smoking when they were admitted compared with smoke-free schools in the United States.
The study also found that when students visited smokers' smoke-free schools, they were almost twice as likely to report being at a higher risk of being a victim of a serious accident.
Despite having a higher proportion of smoke-free schools in the US, New Zealand's tobacco industry continues to lobby hard to deny access to smoking bans and limits to smoking.
New Zealand has a total of 22 smoke-free cigarettes in all states of the union. The Tobacco Products Action Network (TPAN), a coalition of pro-smoking groups, also has seven other smoke-free outlets.
'Burglarising' is also a common term used to describe the method of collecting smoke-free tobacco.
Dr Chris McBride from the University of Otago said smoke-free businesses are not always "proactive" about collecting and delivering cigarette packages to locations where they are expected.
"The reality, from my own experience, is that businesses that have no problem smoking will often try to engage their customers in the act," he said.
"I see smoke-free businesses having a very good influence in public health campaigns because these businesses get to keep their businesses.
"Smoke-free businesses that try to sell it to you are likely to see a higher quality product."
Tobacco companies did not respond to calls and emails seeking comment.
Smoke-free schools are expected to take part in a public health campaign on Monday to urge smokers to quit.
